Hi from New Zealand! This is how every our vlog begins. More than two months ago we couldn’t imagine that every Tuesday and Thursday we will be showing you the part of our life. Before New Year comes we decided to sum it all up and remind you to watch some episodes of our 21 vlogs.

We spent a lot of time in last 3 months to find interesting subjects, filming, editing, upgrading our camera gear, uploading and sharing our vlogs. Because we truly believe that it is so cool to share our emotions and experience of living in New Zealand. This country has so much to offer and we can’t wait to show you even more!

INDIAN TEMPLE IN NEW ZEALAND /// VLOG #9

New Zealand is a multicultural country. A lot of people from all over the world come here to study or work. For example, we have a lot of Indian people in our University. One of them – Harmeet – kindly agreed to tell us more about Indian culture. She showed us an Indian temple in Tauranga and told us how to dress properly for this occasion. We also tried some Indian food as well.

EARTHQUAKE IN NEW ZEALAND /// VLOG #10

Maybe you have heard news about recent earthquake in New Zealand. We received a lot of messages from our friend and family members with questions about this earthquake. We decided to show you how things are going in our Bay Of Plenty region. We also asked staff in our Institute to share their experience of this earthquake.

WHAT ARE WE DOING FOR LIVING? /// VLOG #11

A lot of our viewers and readers are thinking, that we are just taking photos and videos for blog and that is what we do for a living. This is just half-truth. Now when we are international students in New Zealand, we have to work like everybody does. So, of course, we are shooting and filming for our blog and for our lovely clients, but we also have part-time jobs. To find out more – watch this video.

CRUISE SHIP IN TAURANGA /// VLOG #12

This week started so unusual because huge cruise ship came to Tauranga on Monday. And there was a celebration called Picnic at the park dedicated to the first time this cruise ships stays the night in the port of Tauranga. This celebration was really big, it was so crowded in the park, but we spent amazing time there and tried a lot of delicious food.

CHARITY SHOOTING & BLACK FRIDAY /// VLOG #13

This Friday was special not only because of huge discounts, but because of really important project we took part in. It was a shooting for local charity organisation’s website. These guys are doing amazing job and we are so proud to be a part of it.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS LUNCH /// VLOG #14

Our tutor Lee from NTEC invited our group of international students to lunch. This is kinda tradition for last weeks of the term to spend time together. The weather was so nice and we spent really good time at the Mount Maunganui and tasted awesome food at Zeytin’s.

BLACK FRIDAY BUYS UNBOXING & DAY AT THE BEACH /// VLOG #15

This video is a little bit unusual for us. In the beginning we are showing things that we bought on Black Friday. After that we spent very cool day at Omokoroa beach, where we tasted delicious coffee and enjoyed picturesque view.

EXPLORING TAURANGA: GREERTON VILLAGE & BETHLEHEM /// VLOG #16

We are trying to know more about Tauranga, that is why we exploring more areas in this city. In this video we are showing Greerton Village and Bethlehem – two totally different areas. We also visited Chinese Dollar shop and were flying our drone in the huge park.

NEW ZEALAND STYLE PARTY /// VLOG #17

How Kiwis spend their free time? They like to party! We were invited to Bday Party in The Great Gatsby style. We also shared some thoughts about job search in New Zealand, that might be useful for international students.

HOBIE ECLIPSE AT MOUNT MAUNGANUI /// VLOG #18

This sunny summer day we decided to spend at Mount Maunganui beach. And to do this our way we tried something really special. Thanks to Mt. Cats & Yaks for helping us with that! The new and unusual way to spend the time at the beach is to try Hobie Eclipse. What is it? Watch our video to find out the answer!)

ONE DAY IN NEW ZEALAND IN TWO WAYS /// VLOG #19

We decided to try a new approach to our daily vlogs and made two videos simultaneously – Alex shows his work and Kseniia spends her day off on a terrace. Hope, you will like the idea and enjoy our different ways to spend the same day.

OUR FIRST CHRISTMAS IN NEW ZEALAND /// VLOG #20

Our first Christmas in New Zealand was awesome! It was really nice to spend this wonderful day with our new friends. We made Russian salad to show traditional dish that we are always having on our tables is Russia.

WAIMANGU VOLCANIC VALLEY IN ROTORUA /// VLOG #21

This vlog is about our trip to Waimangu Volcanic Valley in Rotorua. We planned this visit for a long time, but it took a while to find some free time for this trip. This valley is awesome and it is definitely a place that everyone wants to visit.
