How often did you have a chance to see the sceneries that changed your life forever? How often did you visit places, that immediately earned their special place in your heart? I’m a very emotional person and do always get impressed by everything I see – starting with an unusual cafe on a bridge above the road in Finland up to the cosy little castle in Latvia, currently turned into a hotel. I try to remember every detail of a journey that became really special to me (add Israel to Finland and Latvia, that I have already mentioned) and wait impatiently for the moment when something will click in brains and I will understand that that was not just another beautiful country, not just a city I would recommend others to visit, but a unique experience that will make me happy each time I will think about it later. Krasnodarskij region is exactly like that. Mine, special.

Isn’t it funny – I only mentioned on Instagram (@thestylejungle), that was always indifferent to water and here we go – my report about the water sports festival "Traektoria FEST" in Kaluga, that we visited together with my sister. The thing is I’m totally fine with the water unless I need to swim or sunbath nearby (the last is the worst part!). But I really love SUP-serfing and SUP-yoga, they actually were the reason we took the early morning train and went to Kaluga.

7 tips for beautiful photos of yourself for those who travel solo
by KseniiaYou can’t even imagine how happy I become after the comments like “What a luck it is to always travel with a photographer” on a photos from my solo trips:) Yes, many of my Instagram (@thestylejungle) pictures I do by myself. And now I want to share my experience, ideas and even mistakes. Because there is nothing better, than looking through the perfect, authentic photos after the journey.
A few years ago our travel photos were mostly nature or architecture captures. And we had no idea why were they so far from the vibrant, alive photos of our favourite photographers. Within the years we figured out that people in pictures are a key to success! Because they turn a regular sunset into a special one and show how big the mountains really are by simply standing nearby.
So what are your options during traveling solo? Does it mean you won’t get any memorable photos? No way! Here are my lifehacks.

Travel in fashion: what to pack for Malaysia in order to get great pictures
by KseniiaI have no idea what can the beauty of Langkawi island in Malaysia be compared with. It’s a pure explosion of colors, layered cake of trees and plants from different periods, inhabited by amazing colorful birds and cute monkeys with hungry eyes, it’s white sand and beautiful houses, that fit into a local nature so organically as if they grew directly from the earth, and amazing sky above all that, that can be meditative and calm or crazy and angry.
Every journey is a great chance to get beautiful photos, that you will look through with pleasure long after the vacations. And Langkawi looks like it was made for photoshoots. The best part is that you don’t even have to look for the spots for too long. For example, most of my photos for this article were made in Four Seasons Langkawi.
Can you believe, that this trip was the first one for me to wear ALL the clothes I packed? So, I suppose, it’s a perfect reason to show, what will you need in Malaysia to not only feel comfy, but also take some outstanding photos.

Willing to now, how does the last person on planet would feel like? Especially, when it’s not just a planet, but something like Mars? Just visit Kemeri – Latvia’s national park located in 50 kms away from Riga. Those amazing mossy swamps are not like any other scenery of the Earth: they are rusty green, stationary and very, very deep.

Rainy season is almost over in Thailand and India is already welcoming Russian tourists with much awaited +35. And it doesn’t really matter, when equatorial countries do actually have the best climate, summer for us means vacations! So, Singapore nightclubs and Malay islands – be ready for an invasion of red, exfoliating, puffy Russians. Not that I do not believe in our natural beauty, it’s just that most of the people do never think in advance if they will need any additional skincare for a tropical holiday. Let’s have a look what might you really need except for the SPF 50+ (I never use a lower one, do you?), your favorite skincare products and cosmetics.

A couple of weeks ago I decided to spend one of the first warm Saturdays discovering a new for me place in Moscow – Izmaylovo Kremlin. This walk might have at least two minuses. The first one is the weather – it was still not that welcoming that day, as a result – no sky on photos and a big cup of coffee to warm up. And the second one is the fact that Kremlin was only built in a year 2003, so it’s not much more than a tourist’s object. Though it looks quite realistic, far from those decorations of Disneyland villages, for example. An authentic place! So be ready to come here not for history (even despite that it was the place where Peter the First have started Russian fleet), but just to explore those colorful and very traditional decorations, to read a book by the pond and just to enjoy your own thoughts.

We’ve often been told, that we’re so lucky to share the same passion to travel. Honestly, I have no idea how can someone not share a passion to travel not share his soulmates passion, because what can be more valuable, than living the same special moment together with a person who thinks like you and sees the world like you. You know, I trully do think that within the time the partners of female travelers become an important part of their blogs. And I’m not saying about those “+1” travel situations, but about being in a spotlight or even growing bigger, than a founder (like it happened with our profiles in Instagram). Don’t you thibk so? Well, than just have a look at those wonderful couples, who inspire us to always travel together!
